Our reader @Uğur EKER shared his complete car amplifier project built around the TDA7294 and UPC494. The PCB design has been carefully prepared. The sound quality is very good and it has successfully passed demanding tests. Thank you, @Uğur EKER. The source Proteus .pdsprj file for the project is available. Gerber files are also included. There is no schematic drawing; the PCB layout was created from the standard, well-known schematics for the TDA7294 and UPC494.
Hello my friends. I am sharing with you my latest design, my car amplifier. The circuit is built around the standard TDA7294 and UPC494. UPC94 or TL494 are all the same IC.
I chose the UPC494 because it is more successful and preferred by major companies, and it is more resistant to stress. As for the amplifier, there are many poor-quality TDA7294 ICs; buy this IC from a reliable seller.
The sound quality is Hi-End; there is not even the slightest engine noise or tendency toward oscillation. The circuit has been subjected to all stress tests by me and has completed all of them successfully.

I did not provide a circuit schematic, since these are already known schematics. By the way, I would like to thank my brother Merih TORLAK here, who helped me a lot.
The Proteus file opens with version 8.2 and was prepared by me fully suitable for automation.
I will also share my 2X160W amplifier that I built in 1991. Also, I will help everyone who builds my car amplifier all the way.
Do not hesitate to ask, even if it is very simple. Best regards.
