@Uğur EKER details of the 2X160W transistor amplifier project he mentioned in the Hi-End Car Amplifier Circuit with TDA7294 and UPC494 article. The PCB design has been carefully prepared. The sound quality is very good; it has been produced and has successfully passed demanding tests. Thank you, @Uğur EKER. The source Proteus .pdsprj file for the project is available. Gerber files are also included. There is no schematic drawing.
Hello electronics enthusiasts. As I promised, I am sharing my 2X160W amplifier with you. The circuit has successfully passed all the tests and all the stress conditions I applied.
The circuit was used in Türkiye’s first car amplifier in 1991 by my brother Merih TORLAK.
I thank him for his help. It was later modified by me.

If you use BC307 BC237 transistors in the circuit, you will get better results.
But if you use BC556 BC546, it will be more durable.
As the power supply, I used a ready-made SMPS 300 Watt 24 Volt; it costs much less.
Two of them cost 600 TL; if you use a transformer, the price increases three or four times.
I made a small addition to the circuit, a turn-on delay, and it requires an external 12 volt supply.
If you want, you can make any kind of modification on the circuit. I prepared it with Proteus 8.2.
I will answer every question you have about the circuit, no matter how simple it is. I wish success in advance to my friends who will build it.
