Binary Counter CD4020 Chamber Led Circuit

CD4020 integrated a ripple counter / frequency applied to the signal output from the counting input in integrated.clock a certain proportion will be divided.

For example Q4 2 base 4 = 16 (the clock frequency of 1/16 s for) the second base Q14iç 14 = 16384 (clock frequency 1/16384 s to)
