600W 48V SMPS Güç Kaynağı Tasarım Raporu

48V 600W SMPS Devresinde PFC ve PWM kontrolü bir arada sağlayan UCC28513 entegresi kullanılmış.
Dökümanlar ingilizce ama giriş EMI Filtresi trafo hesaplamaları, test ölçümleri, blok şemalar ile katların açıklaması vb. bir çok detay hakkında bilgi verilmiş.

This smps project aims to develop a 600W switchmode power supply prototype. The final system should provide a single output voltage of 48V DC and work with input voltages of 110V AC, 60-Hz and 240V AC, 50-Hz. It must employ PFC1.

Three different topologies are given to start with. After loss and efficiency calculations as well as a simulation of each of them, one is chosen, designed and built. The selection criteria are efficiency regarding power, the size and thermal aspects. A two-stage topology, consisting of a boost and a half-bridge converter connected in series, seems to be the most promising solution. The boost converter provides PFC and the half-bridge converter allows easy cancellation of the 100 or 120Hz voltage ripple at the output. The second stage is not part of this project as there is not enough time even for the first stage. Thus the developed prototype outputs 600W at 410V instead of 600W at 48V .
