Half bridge SMPS circuit is a modified version of the ATX computer power supply circuit. Output power transformer ei33-rewound for symmetrical high voltage. Its power is 300 watts input voltage 240v ac output voltage + – 20volts + – 45volts adjustable.
It can be used in ER34…ER35 transformers. You can only test the TL494 control module by printing the PCM and arranging the ready ATX power supply.
It can be used to run high-power amplifier circuits. Additional tone control preamp circuits include 7812 positive and 7912 negative voltage regulator integrated with +- 12volt output.

SMPS 800W Version made with SG3525 pwm control IC, IR2110 mosfet driver is used in the primary driver part Theoretical output power: 800W with EE42 core transformer 1KW with EE42 / 21/20 core transformer Controller frequency: 210Khz Output voltage approx. + -24V to + -42V
Amplifier SMPS 300W 800W power supply circuits have PCB and schematic drawings, in addition, transformer winding and other information are written in the note file. (TL494 version has been run by many people)
TL494 SMPS Circuit Modified ATX Power Supply
