Motor Control Circuit design and regeneration of a three – phase inverter for supplying an asynchronous motor. The inverter is designed to drive a rack drill with approx up to 1 kW. The device will be constructed using integrated circuits. Single-purpose integrated Circuits simplify the design and manufacture of low-cost applications. And thanks to that drives with asynchronous motors penetrate into small applications with demand for flow speed control such as drills, air conditioners or washing machines. The MC3PHAC circuit is designed to control asynchronous motors in an open loop. Open loop control is suitable for driving a conventional drill. The power section is FSBS10CH60 transistor module used, containing 6 transistors in one case and zero diodes together with exciters on the charge pump principle.

The first part of the thesis is a theoretical description of the asynchronous motor control and the function of the inverter. The following is a description of the perimeter design of the proposed inverter, a description of the properties and operation used control circuit and power module. Furthermore, the overall wiring diagram and planar design are proposed joint. The last part is devoted to the implementation of the proposed converter and the evaluation of the test measurements.

MC3PHAC motor controller

The MC3PHAC is a high-performance monolithic intelli gent motor controller designed specifically to meet the requirements for low-cost, variable-speed, 3-phase ac motor control systems. The device is adaptable and configurable, based on its environment. It contains all of the active functions required to implement the control portion of an open loop, 3-phase ac motor drive. One of the unique aspects of this device is that although it is adaptable and configurable based on its environment, it does not require any software development. This makes the MC3PHAC a perfect fit for customer applications requiring ac motor control but with limited or no software resources available.

The MC3PHAC device features are:

Included in the MC3PHAC are protective features consisting of dc bus voltage monitoring and a system
fault input that will immediat ely disable the PWM module upon detection of a system fault

    Motor Steuerkreis Design und Regeneration eines dreiphasigen Wechselrichters zur Versorgung eines Asynchronmotors. Der Wechselrichter ist für den Betrieb einer Regalbohrmaschine mit bis zu 1 kW ausgelegt. Das Gerät wird mit integrierten Schaltungen aufgebaut. Einseitig integrierte Schaltungen vereinfachen das Design und die Herstellung von kostengünstigen Anwendungen.

    Und dank dieser Antriebe mit Asynchronmotoren dringen sie in kleine Anwendungen mit der Forderung nach einer Strömungsgeschwindigkeitssteuerung ein, wie zum Beispiel Bohrmaschinen, Klimaanlagen oder Waschmaschinen. Der MC3PHAC-Schaltkreis wurde entwickelt, um Asynchronmotoren in einer offenen Schleife zu steuern. Open-Loop-Steuerung eignet sich zum Antrieb eines konventionellen Bohrers. Als Leistungsteil wird das Transistormodul FSBS10CH60 verwendet, das 6 Transistoren in einem Gehäuse und Nulldioden zusammen mit Erregern nach dem Ladungspumpenprinzip enthält.

    Der erste Teil der Arbeit ist eine theoretische Beschreibung der Asynchronmotorsteuerung und der Funktion des Wechselrichters. Das Folgende ist eine Beschreibung des Perimeterentwurfs des vorgeschlagenen Inverters, eine Beschreibung der Eigenschaften und der verwendeten Operationssteuerschaltung und des Leistungsmoduls. Weiterhin werden das Gesamtschaltdiagramm und das planare Design gemeinsam vorgeschlagen. Der letzte Teil ist der Implementierung des vorgeschlagenen Konverters und der Auswertung der Testmessungen gewidmet.

    Circuit de commande de moteur triphasé

    Conception du circuit de commande du moteur et régénération d’un onduleur triphasé pour l’alimentation d’un moteur asynchrone. L’onduleur est conçu pour entraîner une perceuse à crémaillère jusqu’à environ 1 kW. Le dispositif sera construit à l’aide de circuits intégrés. Les circuits intégrés à usage unique simplifient la conception et la fabrication d’applications à faible coût. Et grâce à cela, les entraînements à moteurs asynchrones pénètrent dans les petites applications avec une demande de contrôle de la vitesse d’écoulement comme les perceuses, les climatiseurs ou les machines à laver. Le circuit MC3PHAC est conçu pour contrôler les moteurs asynchrones en boucle ouverte. La commande en boucle ouverte convient à la conduite d’une perceuse conventionnelle. La section de puissance est un module de transistor FSBS10CH60 utilisé, contenant 6 transistors dans un cas et zéro diode ainsi que des excitateurs sur le principe de la pompe de charge.

    La première partie de la thèse est une description théorique de la commande du moteur asynchrone et de la fonction de l’onduleur. Ce qui suit est une description de la conception du périmètre de l’onduleur proposé, une description des propriétés et du fonctionnement du circuit de commande et du module de puissance utilisés. De plus, le schéma de câblage global et la conception plane sont proposés en commun. La dernière partie est consacrée à la mise en œuvre du convertisseur proposé et à l’évaluation des mesures de test.

    could anyone tell mi please – what the value those resistor R27 R28 R29 – 9om or 90mega ohme????

      Hello,

      The amount of current for short-circuit protection is sensed by shunts R27, R28 and R29. The signal from the shunts is routed through diodes and an RC filter to suppress interference to the input of the short-circuit protection circuit. The protection reacts when a voltage of 0.5 V is reached at the input. In order for the protection to respond at a maximum current of 10 A, it applies to the resistance of the shunt.
