Motor kontrol devresinde pwm yöntemi kullanılmış pic16f819 çıkışında microchip ürünü tc4420 yüksek hızlı 6 amper mosfet sürücü kullanılıyor mosfetler ise 2 adet irf2907 ayrıca devrede mosfetlerden çekilen akımı algılamak için tlv2461 op amp ile yapılan 0.01ohm şönt direnc üzerinden akım algılama devresi var. arkadaşlar bu devreyi yaptım ama pic e yüklenecek kodları bir türlü toparlayamadım sanırım hi tech projesi ama bir türlü derleyemedim yardım gerekiyor
