Self-oscillating switchmode power supply SMPS is used as a simple and cheap power source. Circuits that carry the architecture of the samokmitajících converters comprising, for example, resources for the charger of mobile phones or resources for power supply of data processing.     Selbst-oszillierenden Schaltnetzteil verwendet wird, als eine einfache und billige Energiequelle. Schaltungen, die Durchführung der Architektur der samokmitajících-Wandler, bestehend aus, beispielsweise die Ressourcen für das Ladegerät des Handys oder Ressourcen, die für die Stromversorgung der Datenverarbeitung. Es ist daher hauptsächlich eine low-power-Anwendungen (bis zu 100 W). Flyback-Wandler sind meist auch nicht bei höheren Ausgangsleistungen (bis 300 W) mit ein, das ist für die Lautsprecher-Charakteristik. Es gibt jedoch Möglichkeiten, dieses Phänomen und zu betreiben, die Wandler bei höheren Ausgangsleistungen.
