In this circuit, 0-9999 counter circuit is formed by using 16F84A microprocessor and 7-segment displays. The plus (+) button increases the counter value and the minus (-) button causes it to decrease. The RESET button resets the value in the counter.
Materials used in 0-9999 counter circuit with PIC16F84A;
1 PIC16F84A microprocessor
4 x 7 segment displays (common cathode)
4 pcs 4511 ICs
28 Pieces 330Ω resistor
2 pieces of 10KΩ resistor
1 Piece 4.7KΩ resistor
1 Piece 4Mhz crystal oscillator
2 x 22pF capacitors
2 buttons
Source Codes:
Microprocessor codes of the circuit were written and compiled in MicroCode Studio Plus-PICBASIC PRO compiler. For compiling, your computer must have the PBP246 and MPASM assembly compiler files.

USB Physical Hit Counter based on AVR ATtiny25
This is an USB Physical Hit Counter.This version requires one MCU to communicate between PC and 7-segments display driver.I decided using AVR and this is my first AVR project.The purpose of this project still same as previous version.Therefore,it used to count and display the total page hits on any website instead of using only general scripts such as PHP,Java,CGI etc.The host software no USB driver programming required.
