Converter DC-DC switching from 12 to 16.5 volts
The project is based on an integrated Maxim, a MAX643 that with very few external components to achieve lift current tensions even for a few amperes. The figure below is presented proposed circuit diagram. The MAX643 is nourished by his own exit after the initial bootstrap. MAX643 IRF540
